The 5 existing listed buildings were sympathetically converted into 12 new apartments with the original facades retained and new floors installed to accommodate the refurbishment including lower basement levels with a new swimming pool & spa area.

PCW drainage Ltd installed a mix of cast iron & HDPE drainage as a shell and core package for Gratte Bros Ltd, this included installing galvanized pumped discharges picking up numerous pump chambers in the basement level.
